OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19

As the COVID-19 pandemic spreads around the world, our thoughts are with each and every one of you. We know this situation has affected each of you differently and that COVID-19 will have a lasting impact on our daily lives.
In navigating these uncertain times, CREATIVE WEDDING is making every effort to ensure that we are able to support our customers. Our priority is continuing to care for our couples, while protecting the health and safety of our team members.
Hereby, we would like to inform you that we have decided to take the exceptional measures regarding the contract of the Bridal Service as follows.
POSTPONEMENT
Under the following conditions from (1) through (3), the request of postponement due to the special circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic could be received even if it is not made 90 days prior to the scheduled date of the Bridal Service which stipulated in paragraph 7 of Article 3 of the contract.
- The request of postponement due to the special circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic should be made 31 days or more prior to the scheduled date of the Bridal Service.
- A new date for the Bridal Service shall be determined among the alternative dates which before one year (365 days) after the scheduled date of the Bridal Service.
- We will discuss about the rescheduling of the Bridal Service again with the customers if it is considered to be difficult to conduct the Bridal Service even on the new date due to the persistence of the COVID-19 pandemic.
CANCELLATION
Under the following conditions from (1) through (5), the request of cancellation due to the special circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic could be received even if it is not in conformity with terms stipulated in paragraph 1 and 2 of Article 3 of the contract.
- The request of cancellation due to the special circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic should be made 31 days or more prior to the scheduled date of the Bridal Service.
- There will be no additional cancellation charges except for the expenses incurred for the bridal products and services that had been arranged.
- The Application Subscription which has been paid shall be used as payment of the cancellation charge.
- We will promptly refund the difference to the customers if the cancellation charge is lower than the Application Subscription which has been paid.
- The customers shall promptly pay the difference to us if the cancellation charge is higher than the Application Subscription which has been paid.
Now, more than ever, we must band together to not only overcome this challenge, but emerge stronger, together. This is a challenging time for us all and we will continue to share updates with you as the situation evolves.
